GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT & SCOPE

Bali Drone Pro provides professional drone photography, drone videography, FPV flythrough production, aerial inspections and commercial aerial content services throughout Bali, Indonesia. The scope of services provided will be outlined and agreed upon before the commencement of any project, including deliverables, filming requirements, locations, timelines and client objectives.

All services are performed using professional drone equipment and operated in accordance with applicable regulations, safety procedures and operational requirements. While every effort will be made to fulfil project objectives, certain factors including weather conditions, location restrictions, government regulations, safety concerns and circumstances beyond our control may affect the execution of drone operations.

By engaging Bali Drone Pro, the client acknowledges that project requirements, schedules and deliverables are subject to reasonable operational limitations and that all services will be carried out with professionalism, safety and industry best practices as a priority.

Bookings & Quotations

All quotations provided by Bali Drone Pro are based on the information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry and are valid for the period specified within the quotation. A booking is considered confirmed once written acceptance has been received and any required deposit has been paid. Changes to project scope, location, scheduling or deliverables may result in revised pricing.

Payments

Payment terms will be specified within the project quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices must be paid within the stated payment period. Bali Drone Pro reserves the right to withhold delivery of final images, videos or other project deliverables until full payment has been received.

Flight Restrictions & Permissions

Drone operations may be subject to airspace restrictions, local regulations, property permissions and government requirements. Clients are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for access to private property or restricted locations. Bali Drone Pro reserves the right to decline or suspend operations where legal, regulatory or safety concerns exist.

Expert Aerial Operations for Every Project

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request cancellations or rescheduling of services by providing reasonable notice. Deposits may be non-refundable where project preparation, travel arrangements or resource allocation has already occurred. Bali Drone Pro will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative dates where possible.

Weather Conditions

Drone operations are dependent upon suitable weather conditions. High winds, heavy rain, storms, poor visibility or other unsafe conditions may require flights to be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled. Safety remains the highest priority and all decisions regarding flight operations will be made at the discretion of Bali Drone Pro

Project deliverables, including drone photography, drone videography, FPV flythrough videos and aerial inspection reports, will be supplied in accordance with the agreed project scope. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on project complexity, editing requirements and client revisions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, site access, contact details and any necessary permissions required for the completion of services. Delays resulting from incomplete information, restricted access or client-related issues may affect project schedules and delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bali Drone Pro retains ownership of all original photographs, videos, aerial footage and creative works produced during the course of a project. Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights in accordance with the agreed project terms. Commercial licensing arrangements may be subject to separate agreements.

While Bali Drone Pro will make every reasonable effort to deliver services to a professional standard, liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant project. Bali Drone Pro shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseen losses resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING

Bali Drone Pro retains the copyright to all raw and edited footage. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to utilize the final delivered content for their personal or commercial purposes. This ensures you have high-quality assets to showcase your REALESTATE & INDUSTRIAL DRONE INSPECTIONS

OPERATIONAL SAFETY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid under your project contract. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party regulatory bodies or external environmental factors beyond our reasonable control. Our primary focus remains on safe, professional, and reliable delivery for every client we serve.
